German Master of Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.)/Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.), doctoral supervisor. LDS Chair Professor, University of Nottingham Ningbo, China, Academician of Asia-Pacific Academy of Materials (APAM), Chairman of Society for Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE), International SAMPE Fellow (F .SAMPE). He has long been engaged in scientific research of advanced composite materials in aerospace and has undertaken various scientific research projects such as the National 973, 863, National Natural Science Foundation, and major international cooperation as the chief scientist. He has a number of research results and intellectual property rights.

Served as Executive General Manager of Aviation Composites Investment of Fosun Energy Environment and Intelligent Equipment Group and Head of Technology in China of Keller Group of Germany, Chief Material and Process Expert of AVIC International Golden Net Company, Deputy General Manager of AVIC Huide Wind Power Engineering Company and Tianjin Science and Technology Company And the general manager of Beijing Sales Company, the director of technical department of AVIC Huiyang Propeller Company, etc. He has worked in the aviation system for more than 20 years, has complete composite material related military production and new product development experience, independently presided over or participated in a number of scientific research and development and production, and has won many awards.
